Norton Grace Brethren Church

January 11, 2011 – The Norton Grace Brethren Church suffered, what is believed to have been an electrical fire to their sanctuary, although the fire investigation continues. GTB was notified of the fire on January 11, 2011 with Eric Johnson on site January 12, 2011.

Once on site Eric Johnson began triaging the church's operational and facility needs. Through the triage process, Eric Johnson and the church developed a multi phase recovery and reconstruction plan which included Norton Grace Brethren Church's decision was to retain GTB to begin the recovery plan.

GTB brought in project manager David Franklin, who developed a mitigation scope of work with a restoration specialists and implemented phase one, which was to bring the church offices back online. Phase two will include bring online the classrooms, preschool, and the gymnasium by January 30, 2011. Finally phase three will include the reconstruction of the sanctuary.
