First Baptist Church in Summerfield Florida had a fire in their Family Life Center on Tuesday, October 20. The cause of the fire is unknown.
GuideOne Taylor Ball was notified of the fire on Thursday October 22, and arrived at the scene that evening. Through the immediate response by the GuideOne General Adjuster and GuideOne Taylor Ball, the church leadership hired GTB to repair their building. Cleanup work began the following Monday. Work will include removal and replacement of all insulation, drywall, doors and kitchen equipment. Some structural steel repairs are required, as well as replacement of metal wall and roof panels to facilitate replacement of the building insulation. |
