GuideOne Taylor Ball - church restoration, remodeling, construction

Our Approach

We have always focused on serving the needs of our customers. We have found that the construction process is much more productive and enjoyable when the customer, the design team and the construction team all work together. This method, known as Partnering, has allowed us to build a strong reputation as a customer oriented general contractor. By being a partner with you, we can contribute to every aspect of the design and construction process. Being involved from the start allows us to skillfully plan and construct your project with the utmost efficiency, accuracy and quality.

GuideOne Taylor Ball uses a proven method of operation that provides a solid management plan, experienced personnel, and systematic approach that is specifically tailored for each project we undertake.  In addition, we provide budgeting to develop a Guaranteed Maximum Price. With this method of pricing, project cost will be determined very early, in the pre-construction phase. This prevents any "surprises" or cost overruns during the course of the project.
