Mr. Nilles has 25 years of construction experience, including 15 years in property large loss adjusting, supervision and claims management. For the last seven years, Paul has focused on catastrophic large loss planning, restoration and reconstruction project management.

Since 2003 Paul’s primary focus has been to integrate the restoration and reconstruction project management processes into the claims handling processes of insurance carriers, while developing long term relationships with the insurance industry.

Mr. Johnson holds 34 years of construction experience, including work as a framing and trims carpenter, construction estimator, foreman, superintendent, and project manager.
