Mike Carlstrom has over 40 years experience in all phases of commercial construction. Since 1993 he has served in executive positions with emphasis on developing new divisions and companies.

Tom Lundberg
President
Tom Lundberg has more than 42 years of experience, including an extensive construction and management background. Tom has been involved in the consulting and reconstruction business for the past 12 years, and served 20 years with the US Army Corps of Engineers prior to his current position.

• B.S. ADPS Engineering, University of Southern Mississippi
• M.S. Public Administration, Shippensburg University

Paul D. Nilles
Executive Vice President / Business Development
Paul Nilles has more than 30 years of construction experience, including 15 years in property large-loss adjusting, supervision and claims management. For the last seven years, Paul has focused on catastrophic large loss planning, restoration and reconstruction project management.

• B.S. Business Administration, University of Phoenix
• M.M. Management, University of Phoenix

Ed Bowden
Vice President / Estimating
Ed has more than 38 years of experience featuring an extensive background in commercial construction. His responsibilities have ranged from site engineer to project manager to estimator.

Eric Johnson
Vice President
Eric Johnson manages our Arlington, TX office and has more than 40 years of construction experience. Competent, capable and confident, Eric’s abilities guarantee the success of any project.
